Brian W. Best
Brian has served in various management and commercial roles in both upstream and midstream companies for the past 12 years. His most previous role was Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer for Vaquero Midstream LLC, a Yorktown Energy private equity backed gatherer and processor in the prolific Delaware Basin. Prior to Vaquero, Brian served as the Vice President of Commercial for J-W Energy Company where he led the midstream activities for J-W Energy, a privately held, vertically integrated oil and gas company with significant exploration and production, midstream , rental compression and oil field service activities. Brian has been responsible for business development, contract administration, energy marketing, banking and P&L management. Prior to entering the oil and gas industry, Brian spent 10 years in the defense industry working in various engineering and project management roles for Lockheed Martin Corporation, a fortune 100 company. Brian holds a Masters of Business Administration from SMU and a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from TCU.
Randy Etheridge
Randy has over 35 years of oil, gas and power generation experience. Randy has worked for several outstanding companies in business development and senior management. Randy has gained valuable experience at Siemens, Stewart & Stevenson, Caterpillar, AccionaEnergy, TesseraSolar and Toshiba International. Randy has developed several Power projects over the years utilizing many types of generation sources: including reciprocating engines, gas and steam turbines, wind and solar, both CSP and PV, with battery storage. These experiences have led to Randy’s expertise in the field of Power Generation and Power Development. Mr. Etheridge holds a Bachelors of Science degree from Baylor University
